What to do when eBay and FedEx blame each other?

brian@ebay you asked me to tag you here.

 

Background:

I'm a seller with shipment destroyed by FedEx.

FedEx refuses to deal with me because I purchased the label through eBay (their customer/shipper)

eBay says it's between me and FedEx, and will have no part of it.

eBay has a hold on my funds, preventing me from providing a refund.

It seems eBay only deals with things via phone, preventing any paper trail.

 

I'm out $935, my customer is out $935, FedEx gets off scot-free, and eBay hangs up if I call.

 

Any suggestions?

That was the first place I tried. FedEx directs me to my 'Account Exec', which after several calls turns out to be eBay's account exec. 

 

I've been calling eBay for three weeks, to finally be hung up on by a manager a few days ago. FedEx won't talk to me because the label was purchased under eBay's account; eBay says it's my problem with FedEx.
