What is up with eBay?

I have been using ebay 20 years plus.  I have been having lots of problems lately ( seem to mostly be the app):

Durations changing by themselves.

Pics not showing up.

Formats different.

Error messages trying to pist to community.

Etc....

Just now I had someone ask if I would charge  $3 MORE to ship an item.  I looked, and it said they were in Korea, so,  I wrote back and said I had no control over what the global shipping program charges.  They wrote me back and said they are in New Mexico, US!

I have shipping at $5.01 US. It must have shown more than $8 on their end! What is happening???

---someone answered the other day that eBay is trying to keep ahead of the competition, well with all these errors happening they are falling way back in my view!!!!
