What is up with Evil bay atomatically adding Best Offers to our listings?

I only sell on Evilbay because I have to, otherwise I think they are the greediest website for selling.  Worst of all, they are the only global site to sell items. This auto adding Best Offer is complete **bleep**. After every listing, I have to go in and turn off the Best Offer. If I wanted a Best Offer, I would check the box, the box that used to be there but is now gone.  I'm sure this has been vented before.  I used to love ebay, but now they are total control freaks.

@raintreegraphics For any items that were automatically relisted select end from the drop down menu next to the item on your active listings page.

When you relist REVISE your listing first and select switch on the upper right corner of the draft to change to the advanced listing form.

For future listings switch to the advanced listing form only, then you will have control over when best offers are added or not and if your listings are GTC.
