What is inlay condition regarding records.

I sell records and eBay has created some more boxes they want filled out beyond redundancy. I put the title in the description and put it where it says title and now they are requesting it a third time. But my problem is with a graded category they call "Inlay Condition". What are they talking about. I already listed a grading of the record and cover? Any help would be appreciated. I had them call me and the young woman had no idea of what this is and said just forget about it yet I find on some of my listings without this it continues to indicate I am missing something.  Bruce Smith
