What is happening with eBay Its Horrible

What is happening to eBay?  It is terrible. My Sales are down more than 90%. The only way my items are found by buyers is if they enter the search exactly how the title is worded. Further more I cannot relist my items from my iPad or iPhone without eBay changing it to “accept offer” and “good til cancelled. This started 4 months ago.  I have called in numerous times and they say they know of the problems but can’t tell me when it will fixed. I’ve been selling on eBay for over 10 years and this is pushing me away. It is horrible, awful, it sucks
