What gives?

What is wrong with eBay? I have used it for years, now suddenly they want to ask for my password every 3 minutes. Then they ask for captcha numbers three or four times back to back. I have never had a problem with eBay, never not paid, spent thousands of dollars. However, I am going to quit, if they can't go back to the way it was. It is so tiring to enter the same information dozens of times. Have they hired an imbecile? Nothing has changed about me. Therefore some moron at eBay has screwed up the system. If you can't repair it, then I and my friends are gone. Don't need the hassle. Since I have no phone here where I am on vacation and they won't accept email, would someone please advise them that they are losing customers. I will do everything in my power to convince others to follow my lead. I will also complain to the BBB. It is all needless. Go back to the way it was. retwarden55
