What do you do when instead of a deletion they open a return claim?

Hi,

did you ever experience that some new buyers open a return process, when they want to delete a transaction?

Of course, we cannot accept it, as it's the wrong way to proceed and it's gonna count in ratings other than losing sales final fees.

Ebay should prevent buyers from accessing the return process, when the parcel hasn't shipped yet.
