Can you tell me why you think you can return something you haven't received? That doesn't make sense.
If you haven't received it and it's within 30 days of the expected delivery date go to your Purchase History and find the item. Click on more actions and choose you haven't received it. This opens a not received case. The seller will have to prove delivery or refund.
