What Happened to the Era and Other Sub Categories in Women's Vintage Clothing

I don't see the sidebars to the left of the Vintage Clothing category. You used to be able to filter Women's Vintage Clothing, into subcategories such as "before 1890, 1890's, 1900's, 1910's", etc all the way to the 1990's. 

There were other filters as well, you could go by zip code, price, Free Shipping, Etc. 

How do they expect people to find things when there are hundreds of thousands of items in the women's, or men's, or children's, vintage clothing categories?
I also am not able to filter for completed items, or sold items.
