We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.

That is an error message that you might receive for a number of different reasons, depending on what you were trying to do.

 

For instance, if you were following a link in an email to, say, print a return label for a purchase made using a different eBay account than the one you were currently signed in to, you might get that error.

There is not even any reference to the purchase ever being made. Who has the power to alter my account?

What link are you following, and from where?

 

Are you certain you are signed in to the correct eBay account? You may have more than one and not know it. All the feedback you have left but the last two in this account are from more than five years ago.
