Tired of sorting through my feedback to leave when I actually have a customer I want to leave positive feedback. Also ebay keeps emailing me to leave feedback when I don't have anything positive about the non payers. There should be a way of just deleting these instead of seeing them every time you want to leave feedback for a paying buyer.

You are under no obligation to leave feedback, so just ignore the message.
Did you cancel the transaction for non-payment after 4 days had passed? Once you do that, neither party can leave feedback. And...
1. The buyer earns a well-deserved unpaid item strike on his account which may limit his ability to buy in the future.
2. You receive your Final Value Fee credit.
3. You are free to relist.
Have you added the buyer to your blocked buyer list?
