WWII Flare gun taken down, but why?

How is it when I try to list this item, it takes it down even before the ad was live? These two seemed to sell..

Granted the first time I was trying to sell it with the flares, but the second was just the projector.

In the email it reads: "You listed a flare gun. We prohibit flare guns because they fire a projectile and can be used with anti-personnel ammunition that would qualify them as firearms and destructive devices per the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms. While we appreciate that you have chosen to utilize our site, we must ask that you please not relist."

Yet in active listings there are 349 listings if you search "flare gun".

Am I missing something?
