WHY IS EBAY EMAILING FOR PAYMENT AFTER THEY WERE ALREADY PAID?

Just got an email from eBay dated 8/20/18 asking me to keep my account current to keep my account in good standing.  What gives?  I looked at my PayPal account and the receipt is there for automatic payment being made for this on 8/15.  What is going on at eBay.  They are making a  lot of mistakes all of a sudden in more than just one area of operations.  I'm still dealing with my losses that occurred during the last software update.

eBay erroneously sent out collection letters today. If your July invoice was auto-paid on Aug 15th or 16th, you can ignore the letter. Check your payment status here:
