The "seller" is no longer a EBAY seller, I have NOT received my item. I have sent the "seller" messages on Dec. 10th - Dec. 12th - Jan. 3rd - Jan. 8th. The seller sent me 2 messages Dec. 11th - Dec. 15th. EBAY said "We closed this request since there's been no activity for 21 business days", 21 days? The last message I sent the seller was Jan. 8th only 10 days ago. What do I do to reopen this case AND GET MY MONEY BACK? Thanks
