Vero program and failure to make contact with rights holder

I recently had a listing removed due to violation of rights holder for an autographed jersey of Tom Brady, which comes with a numbered hologram and certificate and validates as authentic on Tristar's website. This has caused my selling privileges to be suspended for 1 week. I had this happen to me previously and tried to contact Tristar as the email given to me. I sent to information they requested and never received an answer after, even though I tried numerous times to get them to respond. So here I am trying to figure out how I can list this item without being suspended.
