Vehicle inspection

Considering purchasing a local vehicle currently listed.

It has 2 photos and is not inexpensive.

Contacted seller via ebay messages

to make an appointment to see the car.

He replied with a general area of the location.

How is he supposed to provide a location of the car

for personal inspection when

"personal contact information " is prohibited?

As a seller, I once received an unsolicited question

subsequent an ended auction

"Is your item still available?"

Ebay sent ME a threatening  "Off ebay transaction"

warning that was not very nice,

despite never having responded to the inquiry from the ebay

member.....
