Using the Global Shipping Program

I’m trying to use the GPS and know that I have to have an “Above Standard” level, but when I look at my rating, it says my standard is forecasted. When does this standard become reality?

ebay evaluates sellers on the 20th of each month.  You can check your seller Dashboard on the 21st of the month to see how ebay evaluated you for the previous month.
