Using recent promotion to sell 10 items with no final value fees

Hi, Can someone help me today?  I am a newer eBay seller.  How do it know that when I post a new sale item that it will be under the promotion.

I read the details and it lists certain categories that are included.  It says something like: Collectibles (1), Women's Apparel (640), etc.  Does that mean that I can only list one collectible for this promotion?  How can I make sure that the newly listed item is using the promotion.  Can I go into Account and see if there are Discounts and if there are none assume that it did not work?  Thank you.
