Hello everyone,
I hope you can help with this query as I've been waiting for eBay support for two weeks without any progress.
We are based in the Netherlands, but the eBay NL site is quite basic and lacks many tools—it feels like eBay from 10-15 years ago. We opened a shop on eBay Germany using our Dutch account, but I would prefer everything to be in English, including support, and I want to list items under the "Worldwide" region directly, rather than just the German region.
Since Brexit, the UK site isn’t ideal anymore due to various complications like VAT, taxes, and international fees. I'm currently using the German site, but the language barrier is a big issue as I only receive support in German, and I can only reach German-speaking agents.
My main question is: Can I use eBay.com to manage everything for eBay Europe? Or how can I resolve this?
The issue with eBay.com is that it's USD-based, not EUR, which adds another layer of complexity. I’m feeling a bit lost trying to navigate between 3-4 different European domains and would like to know if there’s a way to simplify this process. Any advice or workarounds to streamline this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks and best regards!

You may want to look into using ebay.ie instead of ebay.com if you are looking for an English language site that is denominated in euros.

Thank you very much!
The problem with eBay Ireland is the same than Netherlands, I dont know why, but not having the 100% of the tools eBays can offer. Mainly for Marketing, which is a bit odd...
I know this because indeed my personal account was created in Ireland and I was working around this issue, I needed to log in UK to get the full eBay, but after Brexit is not working as before due the Taxes and extra fees for International sales even if sold in EU not UK.
Listed in .ie >> Sold in ebay.co.uk site >> Going from EU to EU >> UK adding extra fees as international sale..
A real mess I guess they are chopping profits from many sellers since 3-4 years...
