 I'm trying to use thie (hm, no html alowed?.. The "Using different currencies on eBay" page).

information and change my billing currency. I seem to do everything correctly - exactly the way it was described - but still, all I get is a sign

Unfortunately, we were unable to change your billing currency. Please try again later.

The "later" part doesn't help.

Can anyone give me any sort of advice, please?
