Anyone else having difficulty with this? For as long as I have had a PayPal Business Debit Card, I have used it for paying my seller fees. Now, all of a sudden when I try to like the card to my account for paying my fees I get this message: "We couldn't verify this card. Please select a different payment method." That comes up on the Automatic Payment Method page. What has changed with eBay that they no longer recognize a card they have accepted for about 10 years?
