Upload tracking information as a csv file

I am trying to figure out if there is a template that I can use to uploaded multple tracking numbers and mark orders as shipped at the same time. 

I found this answer on a different forum, but that answers is almost 7 years old, is this still acurate? 

1) Action (Status)
2) TransactionID (the Transaction ID from the Sold download file, also available by hovering over a sold item's Record # link in My Ebay if you have Selling Manager)
3) ItemID
4) ShippingStatus (1)
5) ShippingCarrierUsed
6) ShipmentTrackingNumber

Any help would be appriciated!
