I opened four cases at eBay Resolution Center for four different items all part of the same order.
The cases are for items I never received and with no tracking information provided.
One of the cases was resolved in my favor and I got a refund, but the other three still remain in the same stage, waiting for the seller to respond,
which is not going to happen.
The system does not give me the option to ask eBay to step in.
What do I have to do?
