Good evening. So I had an unpaid item. Seller never communicated even after emailed, invoiced, and eBay's automatic case was opened. Final credit was given, but why can't I post feedback on this transaction? Sure, he gets an unpaid item strike (big deal ... lol), but why should they be allowed to maintain 100% feedback when they failed to complete the purchase; seems totally misleading to other potential sellers to this individual.
