Unpaid Assistant not Working

I've had the Unpaid Assistant turned on forever. I've been buying and selling since 1997. While I luckily don't have to use it very often, I've recently had a spate of non-paying buyers and the Assistant doesn't work. Mine is set to 4 days. I've tried turning it off and then back on. I've tried changing a setting and then putting it back to MY default. Nothing. Within the past couple of hours, I just had another auction go unpaid and it crossed the 4-day mark. Not a peep from the Assistant.

Any suggestions? I called eBay the last time it happened and they did walk me through some things to try and they looked through their bug reports but nothing stuck out.

Everyone else who uses it - does it seem to be working?
