Unanswered question count is inaccurate - always higher than the actual count

I am running an auction that has generated several questions from potential buyers. I respond quickly, either through the Reply button in the email, or directly in the Messages page. But I have noticed over the past couple of days that the unanswered question count that appears in the My ebay All Selling page is consistently higher than the actual number of unanswered questions. This persists even after eight hours since the last question was answered and no new questions have been asked.  Right now, all questions have been answered, and yet the unanswered question count that appears in All Selling for this item is 3. Refreshing the page has no effect.

Is this a known issue?
