Unable to remove orders received.

This is the third time I have an order I am unable to remove or hide in my homepage order section. If a  seller is removed from eBay and you have an order placed with them eBay changes the order information on the home page and you cannot hide or delete it after you receive your item. Trying to contact eBay is a joke because there is no listing for technical support anywhere with eBay and if you wish to actually speak with a live person you are sent to Helen Wait at every attempt to contact eBay. So it seems if you have an issue with eBay you can just go to Helen Wait . After the last two times it took me months to get them to remove the items and finding myself again faced with their lack of customer support I am seriously considering getting rid of my account with them. It is absolutely ridiculous  in this day and age and after two prior episodes you can't get any support on technical issues .
