Unable to list a breast pump

I am trying to list a used breast pump with new parts.  Upon listing it I receive the following error message 

“In accordance with our Medical Devices Policy, used breast pumps must be cleaned and sterilized before listing. Please ensure your item complies with this requirement and you state in your listing the item has been cleaned and sterilized according to eBay’s policy.

Thanks for your attention to this matter.”

There are other used breast pumps on eBay so I’m not sure how to prove or show that I’ve complied with the policy in order to list it.  Please help.  Thanks.
