I purchased an item that had a broken piece From USAmotorpartsfactory 114645. I sent 3 contacts to the seller but have not received any return information regarding this matter it would be nice if I had a phone number to call.

There is no reason/need to call eBay; you have eBay’s 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
Go to your purchase history, find the item in question, click “return this item,” cite “item damaged” and submit your claim.
Seller will then either refund you or issue a prepaid shipping label.
If the seller issues a label, return the item.
Upon receipt, seller has two (2) days to issue your refund.
