You shouldn't need to add a photo. As I recall, you select the categories you wish to feature, and ebay selects a listing from those categories. Therefore, always make sure you have an active listing in those categories.
I just clicked on your BLUE DOOR icon to view your store, to see the featured items, and got this message:
Sorry, this store was not found.
Is your store not yet set up, or did you recently unsubscribe to a store?
