USPS failing to pick up packages

I’ve scheduled USPS to pick up packages at my home successfully for years. Recently, they are picking up my packages for eBay a day or two late. I have a confirmation number from USPS proving a requested a package pickup but they never came today as scheduled. I don’t want this to affect my eBay shipping times or ratings. Has anyone else delt with USPS not picking up packages to be sent out when you’ve requested it online?
