USPS Tracking #s and scan forms in eBay

Hi guys, I'm a little confused and a little irritated with a new change and was hoping someone could give me a little insight. We regularly ship LiPo batteries and those get the special treatment from the postal service, this usually means it goes 1-3 days without any scan other than the "Item Accepted/Picked Up for Initial Processing" scan, which is from our scan form. Now, eBay has changed the shipping system so it doesn't even let the customer know or ever show the acceptance scan. This is irritating, now I will have to convince some customers that eBay is wrong and their item is shipped, I know this always irritates the customer and I don't think eBay should GO OUT OF THE WAY to HIDE some of the SHIPPING INFORMATION. Is everyone else experiencing this too? I know that policies tend to favor buyers, but this kind of garbage is frustrating.
