USPS Delivery to cluster/multi mail boxes.

Hello,

This is related to an ongoing problem for deliveries to my mailbox which is a kiosk/neighborhood  unit. There is not a day that goes by that someone is not posting on our community e newsletter about missing or misdelivered packages. Well, it's my turn. Ordered an item from an eBay seller that I used just a couple of weeks ago, no problem with the first order. Second order I get the notice from eBay that it was delivered to my mailbox, go to pick it up and it's not there. Go online and fill out a claim to USPS, still no response after 3 days. Contact the seller, who was helpful in giving me more information and a copy of the packing list. Reported it to eBay under the package not received link. They sent a response stating that since the USPS showed it as delivered that I will not receive a refund. I didn't request a refund, I wanted to have a record of the missing package for my case with the USPS.

Any way, anybody else have similar experience dealing with the claims? I think I'll just avoid doing business with sellers that don't offer other shipping options besides the USPS.
