USPS Accpted My Shipments which were on time but the carrier scans did not show when I uploaded trac

shipped on time BUT When I uploaded tracking Nothing showed, Packages were delivered On Time AND They now show that They Were in Possession of Postal Service When I uploaded tracking, Can I get that Revised as they count as Though I did not fulfill my obligations and it will cause me to Fail to become Top rated / Thx if Anyone can assist me ? dinothegreat says

 If you have proof USPS had the package within your handling time, you need to call customer service.
