I sell lots of clothes from smaller manufacturers who do not have UPC codes, but eBay says that they will soon be requiring all clothes to have UPC codes. Will there be any way to get an exception???
What about people selling used clothes or handmade clothes or, like me, small independant designers who do not use UPCs?
