Hi,
I am trying to refund a buyer for an item I had already been paid out for. I had my debit card linked to my payment method and seller cost but it wasn't letting me add it to pay for the refund. I have more than enough money on the card and my bank account is linked as well. I deleted the card and tried to re add it as a payment method and it is not accepting that either. I have checked the billing address, my name and all of the information more than a dozen times and it still wont accept it. Any ideas? I need to refund this buyer ASAP

I hope you don't mind, but I'm a little confused by what you have shared. I'm simply trying to make sure I understand so that I can give you the correct information.
The ONLY way sellers should send a buyer a refund is through the actual transaction / refund process on Ebay. It will then process through your Managed Payment account.
It sounds like you are trying to refund the buyer off Ebay and if that is what you are doing, that isn't advisable.

Then it shouldn't be that difficult. Just go to the Order, from the menu on the left, select refund and just follow the instructions on your screen.
