Trying to Print USPS International Shipping Labels - Error - "Error: 64541-Content type Documents"

Anyone else getting this Error when trying to Purchase and Print USPS First Class International Shipping Labels?

"Error: 64541-Content type Documents is only supported for First Class Mail International"

Ebay told me to call USPS. USPS is now telling me its an eBay Problem? 

Problem just started today.  No issues for the past 6 years. 

Please Help!
