My problem is a little different than most. The seller was very sorry that she had sent a hand cream that gave off an unpleasant odor. She agreed to refund the money once I wrote up a description of it on EBay. But she didn't want anything sent back to her. Is there anything I need to do besides just send Ebay a note about it? Thanks!
