Trouble paying with credit card using both Paypal and online ebay option

Hi,

For the past month, I have been unable to use my credit card for paying for ebay purchases.

I use the ebay checkout and first try to link to paypal to pay.

The link works and then I go to change to my credit card, after confirming, it fails saying I must use another payment method.

I also tried inputting my credit card on ebay to pay using that method.

Still does not work.

My credit card is absolutely fine.  I use it to pay for other items on Paypal as well as physically at shops.

I use it to pay on Amazon and other sites.

It is only Ebay where I am having the issue.

Anyone else having this issue?

I am not getting much help from either Ebay or Paypal.

I think it is an Ebay issue however.
