Transfer shopping cart items from user to user

My teean age son likes to buy his school clothes from E-bay but I do not allow him to make purchases on line so I do it for him. He frequently E-mails me long lists of misc. links to E-bay items that take a while for me to add into my cart with the correct sizes and quantities. Is there a way that he can open an E-bay account, add all the items he wants into his cart and then transfer the contents of his cart to me? I realize I could simply give him access to my account but I was just wondering if there was another way possible.
