Tracking

Has anyone had your item you bought supposedly tracked to your address when in reality the tracking went to a different name and address. So it was delivered but not to me. Post Office verified this and eBay and the seller are closing my case without satisfaction.

I'm sorry that happened.

1) If your name wasn't on that label, ask the Post Office if they will put this in writing. Also ask the weight of the package for that tracking number.

2) Contact Customer Service and tell them you had a "false tracking number" on your purchase and request a refund. If you got written proof, share that with them.

Just sent a private message to the page. Explain you have a fake or false tracking number situation.

Let me know how this goes, I've been burned a few times myself (including on Amazon), but I have been able to get a refund following this process.
