I sent a rather expensive book to a buyer. No tracking info appeared until 5 days after I mailed it. Today tracking said "Out for delivery", then a couple of hours later "Refused". That's never happened to me before. I haven't heard anything from the buyer. Does this mean the book will be returned to me bu USPS? Thanks.
