Tracking numbers not updating with usps

I’ve shipped out cards from my home with ground shipping and the tracking numbers have not been updating. For example, i sent out a sports card last week (Thursday) with ground shipping and the tracking number says that the item has not been shipped by the seller (me being the seller). But it’s not just this one card. It’s multiple orders that I’ve shipped out and all the buyer sees is that I still haven’t shipped it out yet. Totally frustrating. Anyone else dealing with this?

If you are using USPS ground advantage, are you having the clerk physically scan the labels, and not dropping into a bin?  Once the label is scanned, you should have an acceptance scan.  The cards you are shipping using the ebay Standard Envelope are read by the sorting machines in the hubs so make sure they are flexible enough to wrap around a Coke can.
