Hi all. I'm very worried about an item (iPhone) I just purchased. First of all since seller listed item as paid before I did, gave me an email address to pay directly through paypal (see attachment), without sending eBay invoice, so I did pay, and have proof of payment. Supposedly seller sent item today but no tracking number in purchase history. I've been trying to contact seller but do not get any answer so now I'm very concern.

Any suggestions?

Your Money Back Guarantee protection requires that you pay through eBay's Checkout system with the payment going to PayPal through Checkout.

If you don't get the phone, you need the estimated delivery date range from eBay to establish when the item is due but with the seller's "special" payment directly to PayPal you don't have the eBay/PayPal payment information to get a refund if you don't get the package.
