Hello my fellow eBayers.
Maybe someone had similar issues. I ship an item to Thailand. The last tracking information showed attempt delivery then the tracking information disappeared but luckily was able to print screened, and print pdf the last tracking information.
The buyer contacts eBay he had not received the item. I communicate with the buyer and while I communicate with buyer eBay closes my case, Pay Pay deducts my account. I contact PayPal and the CSR said eBay closed my case I had no opportunity to dispute. Evidently we can no longer communicate with a live person. I tried to have eBay to step in but there is no option to select. I tried appealing and there is no option to select. I started having all these issues since eBay new payment policy took effect. I changed my username, changed my passwords to eBay and PayPal in case someone stole my information. Does anyone have this issue? Thank you
