Hi @korbodde0
Then what you received was Not as described, you can file a return using the reason does not match pictures or description, take a picture of the damaged box and upload that to the return claim.
You will be issued a pre-paid label and can return the box. The Seller will have 2 days to refund you once they get the package back. If they don't then you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in to force the refund.
You do not have to be in contact with the Seller as part of this process, just let the system work for you.

Go and take a look at your purchase history. You can find it on the top right of any Ebay page. Hover over the words My Ebay. A menu will appear, click on Purchase history. Find the transaction. Look to the right there is likely to be a large blue box you can click on that says Return This Item.
OR
eBay Help page
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
1. Go to Purchase history.
2. Select More actions beside your item and then Return this Item.
3. Now you select the reason you are requesting the return for refund.
4. You have the option of adding a message to the seller.
5. Select Send request.
