Top Rated Status removed because of shipping performance

All three of my accounts have been taken off of top rated status because of shipping. I have been dinged on every item that has been purchased on a friday, because it ships out on monday. They want a two day window, but if someone orders early that day, and I can't get the item shipped until the afternoon on monday, I get nailed. My sales are down 18%, and it is obvious that they are intentionally causing my sales to decrease because of this. I don't need snide comments about my business, I just want to know if others are dealing with the same issue, and if you have found a way to deal with it. I can't drive items to the post office one at a time as they are sold. Any ideas?
