Time zone for watched items not the same as listings

Hoping a moderator will address this or forward it to someone whom it may concern. I notice the ending time of a watched item doesn't match the ending time when I look at the listing. For example, an item on my watch list may show an ending time of 9: 43, but when I click on the item and look at the listing it shows the ending time of 11:43. This is because the time zone of the watched items list doesn't synch with the time zone of my account settings. I'm in Central time which is two hours later than the Pacific time used in the watched items. Is there a way to synch the time zones with the item listings that use my time zone?
