Time Left on Watch List

The format has changed on my watch list from hours left with the time remaining on my items. It now reads the following.

Time Left

Today,07:30 PM PDT

I contacted ebay and was informed that they suspect it was my browser/history which we worked with for an hour. He finally

initiated a technical support request and had me send him a screenshot. However, my friends also have this change, so it is not

a computer problem on my end. The support representative did not know how to make this change in time or hours.  

I am located on East Coast of US and I need  at least the East Coast Time showing. 

I would prefer the hrs. reamining instead of the above change, if anyone knows how to get it back please let me know.

I looked under the help feature, which also has changed to a lot adding aritcles instead of actual instructions on how to do things.
