Time Away tool

has anyone else had issues with the time away tool? I spent two hours trying to get some help . All Ebay would do was to promise a call back.... They called back at 3;00 am and say because I didn't answer the phone that they tried to solve the problem and that the case is closed. What is up with Ebay, Does anyone else think that people are using COVID-19 as an excuse for poor customer service?
